The short version: your data stays yours, stays in the region where you need it, and is never used to train anything for anyone else.
Data residency
GPU workloads and hosted models run in UAE data centres unless you ask otherwise. We document where every copy of your data lives.
No training on your data
We never use client data, prompts or outputs to train models for other clients. Commercial model providers are configured with training disabled.
Access control
Least-privilege access tied to your identity provider, with multi-factor authentication and logged administrative actions.
Encryption
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Storage is wiped to a documented standard at the end of a GPU term.
Human handover
Every customer-facing agent has a defined route to a person, and a list of things it is never allowed to do.
Responsible AI
Models are tested for leakage, bias and hallucination before release, and reviewed monthly in production.
Regulation
We design to the UAE PDPL, DIFC and ADGM data protection regimes, and sector requirements where they apply.
